Personal Online Yoga Classes for Sydney

A live yoga teacher, just for you, on a video call from your own living room. No studio commute, no crowded room, no one-size-fits-all class. Your body, your goals, your schedule.

“I know yoga would help, but I can’t get to a studio, and the group classes move too fast for me.” Many Sydneysiders say a version of this.

Yoga built around you, not around a timetable

Sydney is a busy city. Between work, traffic, school runs and a long commute, a 6 pm studio class across town is often the first thing to go. A personal online class takes the travel out and puts the teacher’s full attention on you.

Every session is live, so your teacher can see how you move, correct your posture and breathing as you go, and change the practice on the spot if something hurts or feels too easy. That is the difference between following a video and actually learning yoga.

Yoga here is a support for your health, not a replacement for your doctor. We work alongside any medical care you are already getting.

Why Personal

Three Things a Personal Class Gives You

Group classes are great for company. Personal classes are better when you have a specific goal, an injury or a health condition.

01 · Attention

Your Teacher’s Full Focus

One teacher, one student. Every pose is adjusted for your flexibility, strength and any limits you have, and you can ask questions at any point without holding up a room.

02 · Purpose

A Practice for Your Goal

Back pain, stress, poor sleep, PCOS, breathing difficulty, weight, flexibility or simply starting from zero. We design the sessions around what you want to change.

03 · Convenience

From Your Own Home

Whether you live in the CBD, the North Shore, the Inner West, the Eastern Suburbs or out in Parramatta and Western Sydney, there is no travel, no parking and no rush to get there.

If you have ever left a group class unsure whether you were doing a pose correctly, a personal class is the fix.

Inside a Session

What a Personal Class Looks Like

Every class follows a gentle, unhurried shape, and the content changes from person to person.

1
Check-in
How is your body today? Any pain, tiredness or new concerns?
2
Breath and Warm-Up
Slow breathing and joint mobility to prepare the body safely.
3
Focused Practice
Poses and sequences chosen for your goal, with live corrections and modifications.
4
Pranayama and Relaxation
Calming breathwork and rest to settle the nervous system.
5
Short Home Practice
A few simple things to do between classes so progress carries on.

Good to know: if you are pregnant, recovering from surgery or managing a medical condition, tell us before your first class so we can adapt the practice, and check with your doctor where needed.

What We Work On

Practice Focus Areas

Back, Neck and Desk Strain

Gentle strengthening and mobility for people who sit at a desk all day, with careful modifications if you already have pain.

Stress, Sleep and Anxiety

Breathwork, restorative poses and yoga nidra to calm a busy mind and help you wind down in the evening.

Hormonal Health and PCOS

Steady, low-stress practice that supports healthy routines alongside your medical care.

Breathing and Asthma Support

Gentle pranayama to build breath awareness and lung capacity, as a complement to your prescribed treatment.

Fertility and Women’s Wellbeing

A calm, supportive practice for people trying to conceive, with no promises beyond better stress and sleep.

Beginners and Flexibility

Never done yoga? Start here. We go at your pace and build strength, balance and flexibility step by step.

Getting Ready

What You Need at Home

Almost nothing. If you have a quiet corner and a screen, you are ready.

A Yoga Mat

Or a firm towel or rug to start with

A Quiet Space

About the size of your mat plus a little room to move

A Device With Camera

Phone, tablet or laptop, propped so your teacher can see you

Comfortable Clothes

Anything stretchy, and an empty stomach or a light meal two hours before

You do not need to be flexible, fit or experienced. You only need to begin.

Your teacher. Your pace. Your home in Sydney.

Ready to start?

Book your live personal online yoga class

Tell us your goal and your preferred time in Sydney, and we will take care of the rest. Your instructor works with you one-on-one, adjusts the practice to your body and comfort level, and corrects your posture and breathing as you go.

Yoga is a complementary practice and is not a substitute for medical advice or treatment. If you have a health condition, please speak with a qualified doctor before starting.

Wishing you good health and happiness. Hari Om. 🙏
