Yoga FAQs Before Yoga Session?

yoga teacher assigned according to the time availability and days so you cannot choose a specific yoga instructor.
however we will to try our best to provide you your previous yoga trainer, only if that trainer will be available on your time.

Our all the instructors are highly qualified, experience and well mannered despite of this if you want to change the instructor during the session you can do so but with a valid region only.

please note- it could take around 3 to 4 days to assign a new trainer.

Yoga FAQs During Yoga Session?

In a group online class you can’t ask questions during the class its break the flow and rhythm but in personal online yoga class you can ask question during the session also but better to ask after the class only to maintain the flow.

Its not recommended to take break during the session to maintain the flow, but if its very urgent for you then you can take a very small break.

Don’t worry your instructor will make you do the easier pose or alternative pose, Gradually the flexibility will improve and you can perform that pose also which you are not able to do.

Yoga FAQs After The Session?

No, after any heavy meal whether its breakfast or lunch, there should be around 2.30 hour gap must be there and if you had just tea and light snacks then only 1 hour gap is ok, means your stomach must be empty before practice.

After the session you can take your meal in 20 to 30 mints.

Wear comfortable cloths which allow you to stretch in yoga poses, avoid that cloth which restrict your body movement during Yoga practices. Generally you can wear yoga pyjama, T-shirt, fitted top.

Many students notice improvement in their body energy level, strength, stamina and flexibility within 3 to 4 weeks of consistent practice.
Also sometime its depends upon body to body and consistency of the practice.

Yes you can but depends on availability also. you can request a different class schedule that suits you better.

Yes soreness in the body is completely normal specially in first few sessions of Yoga and usually it will vanish automatically within 3 to 4 days.

Yes you can take shower in 30 mints after the Yoga session. but its not recommended to take shower instantly after the session because body become little warm after the session so its not good instantly to take bath.

Yes you can contact your yoga teacher after the class to ask your questions.

Yes in personal online classes you only can carry forward 2 classes to the next month, rest classes you have to finished within the month only because these are our monthly plans. In the group classes there is no carry forward system atll.

Yes one trial class we provide that is completely free.

In personal online classes you can pause your plan. but in group you can’t pause.

These are our monthly plans so classes must be finished within the month only, 2 classes can be carry forward to the next month not more than that.
